CM101 Series Battery Management System (BMS)

CM101 series battery management system is a battery management system independently developed by Sichuan Kaimai New Energy Co., Ltd. with independent intellectual property rights and in line with national and industry standards. It is mainly used in airport special equipment and vehicle, engineering vehicle power battery system, compatible with lithium batteries and lead-acid batteries.

Features:

Measurement of up to 50 cell temperatures;

 has 2 current sensor interfaces;

Support battery system of 48V, 72V, 80V platform (compatible with lithium battery and lead acid battery);

 Up to 300mA passive equalization;

SOC, SOH, capacity estimation;

Overvoltage, undervoltage, over temperature protection;

 Isolated CAN, isolated RS485, wifi and usb communication interface;

 greater than 2G data storage;

 Support remote monitoring and management;

9~18V system power supply, optional 24V;

Two contactors control the output, and the alarm controls the output;

 Meets automotive grade requirements.

Intelligent management system:

Support remote monitoring and management of smart terminal APP based on historical big data of cloud management platform;

Provide vehicle positioning, health analysis, and charging status monitoring;

Combine the needs of customer management, supervise and monitor the efficient allocation of people, machines and materials;

Provide statistical data support for strategic decision making through statistical analysis of big data.
